What You’ll Do

• Represent buyers and sellers in residential real estate transactions throughout the Bay Area.

• Generate new business through networking, referrals, and lead-generation platforms.

• Advise clients on pricing strategies, market conditions, and property values.

• Prepare and present offers, negotiate terms, and guide clients through closing.

• Leverage cutting-edge marketing tools, CRM systems, and social media to maximize exposure and client engagement.

• Collaborate with a high-performing team of agents, marketing specialists, and transaction coordinators to deliver seamless client service.

What We’re Looking For

• Active California Real Estate License (required)

• 2+ years of residential real estate sales experience in the Bay Area market

• Strong local market knowledge and proven track record of closed transactions

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

• Tech-savvy — comfortable using CRM platforms, MLS, digital marketing tools, and virtual tour software

• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with strong organizational skills

• Commitment to providing exceptional client service
